Under this UAS policy,
Without the direct supervision and guidance of an approved law enforcement agency or the issuance of a Special Activity Permit, the general use of drones (UAS) is forbidden in Maine State Parks, Historic Sites, or DACF Boat Launches.
It is forbidden for anyone on the ground or airborne to hunt deer, bear, or moose using aircraft (including drones and remote-controlled aircraft).
